Love this product - amazing features, sleek design, very customizable. Heart rate sensor is pretty accurate, as is the activity tracker. Only cons are the battery life and screen quality. Having to charge it each day as opposed to every 4 days like my Fitbit is something to get used to. Disappointed
I bought this watch because it was in "excellent" condition and because Best Buy was such a trusted name. In the end the watch had a large scuff and several small scratches. I took it to the Best Buy store and they agreed it was indeed not in "excellent" condition but they couldn't seem to adjust the price or help me. They would return the product but there were no more available to buy. The watch functions fine and the battery is great.
