  • Early issue of a title yet to find its feet.

Second issue of Marvel's much lauded Tomb of Dracula run, which is very difficult to find in the UK marketplace. While the product had minor defects ( tanning pages and creases ) these are acceptable in the context of the series as a whole. Marvel had yet to find their direction for the series in these early issues, but the promise of what was to come can be seen here. Gene Colan was already in place as artist and would soon be joined by Marv Wolfman to essentially create a series of highly-regarded novels using the comic book format.
