Outstanding sound quality on both sides
Even though I'm not in a very loud environment, the earbuds I was using for Teams calls with the office just sometimes picked up much too much outside noise (think barking dogs when the FedEx guy showed up). The directional microphone (acoustic fence) works amazingly well and reduces that noise so nobody hears it. If the dog is right next to you and decides that there is impending danger from a falling leaf out the window), then the microphone will still remove the barks, but your voice will be pretty choppy - that can be blamed on the internet. At the office, while this headset doesn't have noise reduction (ANC), it does an admirable job of blocking out office noise and the "busy light" helps with letting co-workers know that you are on the phone/computer and not talking to them.
