Good buy, needed some work to get going
It was obviously a new but store used printer. It would not print when I received it. The ink had already been installed. I had to clean the heads 4 times before the color would work. If I didn't know to do this I would have sent it back.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Not what I hoped for.
The print quality is not very good. If you want a good print you have to use the photo program and select best quality. I was very disappointed that the normal print program doesn't have a selection between Best, Normal and Draft print functions. The default setting gives a very substandard print, especially when the page is mostly black and there are a few lines in color. The color lines are barely readable.
