We own two of these to be used for social media within a small media company. The key point we like are that is has massive storage, a big screen, and the ability to replace the battery. We are even able to purchase a new (thicker) back and double size battery that allows us to have full power for a couple of days at events or festivals.

After searching long and hard for a cell phone that would not break the bank, but still deliver some functions of a high end phone, I stumbled upon the V20. The reviews for this cell phone were amazing. I thought I would get the "open box" version to save some money. The phone was not previously used, but has been dysfunctional since week two of having it. This phone often misses calls and does not send text messages. My old phone never had problems sending or receiving messages/calls, so I know it isn't my carrier. Not to mention this phone cancels my alarms without me even touching it. I have never had to use a back up alarm clock until now. Within the first two weeks of having this phone it has completely shut down and would not restart until the battery had been pulled. worked good. the phone arrived on schedule in perfect shape, no marks, no scratches or sign of wear. Fast charge was from samsung but worked fine. US cellular had to have me reset the network in the settings to get it to work on their system. much appreciated.

While it needs LGE support still, the V20 has a great build, a replaceable battery, and an excellent screen and camera. It is available for great prices in the aftermarket.
