While this film was panned back in 1969, I feel it's actually pretty decent. The fact that the protagonist is a working-person battling a corrupt, immoral billionaire who wants to make bigger bucks through dishonest means, in space is very much like that of the 2020 film Space Sweepers. In the latter film, the antagonist, also a billionaire, has a diabolical plan to make a big kill through dishonest means. This couldn't be more relevant today with corrupt, amoral, business tycoons such as Ed Bezos and Elon Musk who want to colonize the moon and build large tourism infrastructures through dishonest means. Otherwise, it's a fun space western that I enjoy greatly with a very upbeat tone and straightforward plot.
