I love the size of the screen and the intuitive nature of the product. The extremely helpful scripting on how to setup the computer to meet my needs!! I could not believe that all I had to do was connect my printer via an USB port and, wow, it recognized my printer and automatically allowed me to print!!! AWESOME! I highly recommend this laptop. I had originally purchased a HP Chromebook laptop and found everything about it disappointing, including the lack of service by HP. I am very happy with my new purchase and the price effectiveness of the product.
