A Very Good Product
I purchased my WD 2 TB Hard Drive to use with my Xbox One when I ran out of storage space and couldn’t install new games or updates. It was easy to set up, just plug it in and the Xbox automatically recognizes it. You just select the option to reformat the drive on the Xbox and you are ready to go. I can't work on it
This is a very bad copy of a great kind of external memory brand, don't waste your money and your time working on this bad copy. :( My computer recognizes it, but when I start working on it it just goes (not responding) I tried very hard making it work for a couple of days. I've used several brands of external hard drivers over the years to back up my 450GB+ photo archives and personal documents. I've found the Western Digital My Passports to be the most stable and easy to use. Good help desk (last time I called which was years ago) but you shouldn't really need it. BTW: I have two of these that I switch off every week, keeping the "off-line" one in different part of my home. Despite it saying it was a refurbished External Hard Drive, this baby looks like it’s brand new fresh out the box! Product is not durable and easily break. Very poor quality. I am using Seagate and Toshiba compare to this product much much better and durable. I am not recommending this product to any customer who wants to store their memory for ever. I transferred my all pictures and movies in this hard drive and next day stop working. Their response was that that drive can't use their own backup software, even though the box says it can.
