I bought this because it's the last season with Tony Dinozo. His role hasn't been as strongly written as when he was the literal anchor of the group under Gibbs, perhaps to ease his character out. Bishop is not as irritating as she has been in the past -- I COULD NOT understand why Gibbs kept putting up with her stupid errors in the past that allowed villains to escape or put the team in danger. There's been a focus on her evolution to a stronger person but how that will translate into a more functional team member we'll have to see (although she'll never match Kate or Ziva). Tim has matured into his role, Abby can be a bit too "Abby-ish" in the episodes where she is central, and Ducky is still "ducky." As for Gibbs, I can't quite put my finger on it -- and that may be to the good. The subtlety of almost having died is being played out differently this season. All in all, if you want a reminder that "we'll always have Paris" for Tony, this will do it. Read full review

I was enjoying the discs but I did notice that it said PALY instead of PLAY on each disc. No worries, but when it got to disc 6 there was a HORRIBLE episode of NCIS Los Angeles. It looked like someone horribly videoed it from tv. It even shows a shadow of them on one part. Then it went to the last NCIS. It definitely was not store quality. False advertising.

I have been a fan of NCIS since it was introduced on JAG. I have been a fan of Mark Harmon even longer. They have introduced some new and interesting characters this year. I was sorry to see Michael Weatherly, but his character Anthony DiNosso, Jr., didn't really seem to mature very much over the years. Are they going to find a way to bring Robert Wagner back as Anthony DiNozzo, Sr. I did like the introduction of John Cryer's character and Laura San Giacomo's character. I was sorry to see Bishop get divorced, but it showed her as a strong woman; I would like to see a strong marriage on network television. I enjoy the crossovers with NCIS: Los Angeles and NCIS: New Orleans. I wonder if they could do a crossover with Blue Bloods; I would like to see Mark Harmon and Tom Selleck work together (or against each other) again. Maybe they could include Mimi Rogers who has worked with both of them. I am a little tired of the near death experiences, although I enjoy seeing Mike Franks again; I miss him.Read full review

I started watching ncis from the beginning. I thought the show would tank now that dinozo is gone. Im glad i was wrong! Ive had it for six days and i just started watching all 6 disks again. The show had gone stale. Now now. New characters snd much better writing then weve seen in a long time. Boring bishop is stll here but Quinn and Torres are new. Quinn is a little better then bishop but torres delivers!

I think with each episode NCIS gets better and this episode is no exception. I enjoy the insight into each character that we get in small doses over the course of the season. Each Season and episode builds off of the previous ones. Characters are lost and new ones added in, but it is always portrayed how this affects the individuals on the team. The characters are believable and entertaining.
