Beautiful Watch - Comfortable to Wear
The watch is as gorgeous in person as in the pictures - SO stylish. The band is almost infinitely adjustable making it one of the most comfortable watches I own. However adjusting the length is a lot of trial end error, and closing the adjustment is quite difficult. No leverage area and cannot use screwdriver or you might bend the pin. So far the time tolerance is as advertised. The 42 hour reserve seems off, if you don't wear it for a day it usually stops and needs to be reset. But resetting is so easy no worries. Oh, and no $15 to 20 batteries to replace every year or so. The watch says made in Japan, but the band is Chinese which is my only complaint. I try very hard not to buy Chinese.

Great watch
Seiko has always made top-notch watches and their Seiko 5 series represents top quality at an affordable price. Personally, I like the automatic feature as it's very reliable and accurate. The mesh steel bracelet is very comfortable, easy to adjust and surprisingly rugged as well. Much better than the more common bracelets which are a nightmare to adjust and will need to be taken to a jeweler. This watch was ready to wear right out of the box.
