NEW, NON OPERATIONAL, USELESS LAWN MOWER
This new mower was missing the start key, the grass bagger, the mulch plug, and the owners manual. merchant paid for replacements. the self propelled cable is not operating properly and thus I can not use it. I have been left on my own with this and being a disabled and alone shut in I'm not able to fix a NEW mower. Tom at the selling partner did his best but I still don't have a working mower. I just don't know what to do. My lawn is 3 feet high and I can't mow it with my "NEVER WORKED" mower. What do I do to get this resolved?Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does not work so far.
