Solid product, but receiver opening too big
Everything was pretty straight forward for installation. The only issue I seem to have is that the opening for the hitch to slide in is way too big for a 2 inch hitch. But not quite big enough for an adapter meant for 2 and 1/2 inch receivers. So you're left with a lot of play in the hitch. I plan to weld some thin steel in the receiver to tighten it up. Otherwise, it's a solid product. The hitch cover for the bumper fits great.
