For those looking for a sugar substitute that avoids the aftertaste and possible carcinogenic properties of Aspartame, this is a great substitute. It's all natural and gluten free, but it's not as sweet as the chemical alternatives. However, it's possible to get used to having things a little less sweet, and the trade-off in health is worth it. It's up to you, however, if you want to pay about three to four times what you would for other sweeteners, both natural and artificial. I"m okay with it; others might not be.

It claims to sweeten, however it has no flavor at all, tried it in coffee, no amount would sweeten it, tried a spoonful by itself and it had no taste! Just Bland
