I switched from a Samsung s9+ which I love but unfortunately I was having a lot of signal issues with the phone ever since they released the 10 My friend who works at TMobile suggested this phone and there is a lot of similarities between the 2 making it an easier adjustment then most phones I've had in the past. I really can't think of any complaints I have had with this phone except for getting the switch apps to work to transfer over my stuff. My friend once again suggested using the Verizon switch app, and it worled like a charm. Camera has a great picture And the screen size is large just like my samsung. It's bigger than my last phone which took a little getting used to but honestly I love it. My samsung had a better battery life, but this phone has more space so if rather have space. My biggest issue is how long it takes to charge. Galaxy was full in about 30 mins This phone can take up to 2 hours for a full charge. But overall I'm very pleased with the phone and hope it lasts me a very long time. Came looking flawlessly as well Read full review

Great phone, high value, wicked camera, functionality and processing power. Only downside would be the microphone is very weak, does not pick up sound well (must talk loudly and clearly in to the bottom of the phone), making a case hard to find.

My first 7 Pro had a problem after about a year. I tried out the Nord N-10 and found myself missing features of the 7 Pro, so I bought this one to replace the one I had purchased from Oneplus. After figuring out how to make the ringer work, I am very pleased with my new phone.

I'm coming from a OP3t, so right out of the gate this phone is a huge upgrade. PROS 1. The display absolutely blew me away. The refresh rate is legit, the colors are sharp and vibrant. Really fantastic. 2. The speed of the phone is incredible. Using this phone is super smooth and intuitive. 3. Functionality of sound setting slider. 4. No notch, all screen! 5. The aesthetics of the phone are quite stunning. I have the nebula blue, which has an interesting sort of pearlescence to it. Quite nice. I will say these are the only things I was really looking for in a new phone, so I'm incredibly pleased. That being said, there are also a few cons...some of which I'll certainly get used to. CONS 1. Lack of aux port. This will mostly be a hassle when I would like to simultaneously charge and use headphones. 2. I'm not a huge fan of the curved edges, but that's personal preference and I wouldn't be surprised if I love it in a couple months. 3. This phone is quite large. I have big hands, and even then it's a little to big for constable use. This will probably also just require an adjustment period. 4. In screen fingerprint sensor isn't as accessible as my OPT3. Still pretty quick, but just harder to get to because you have to wake up the screen before using it. All in all, despite a couple of drawbacks, this phone is absolutely amazing and I'd highly recommend it. The speed, clarity, and smoothness is truly remarkable.Read full review

Suuuuper fast. Beautiful design with the blue version. OxygenOS is awesome. I thought I'd likely stick with stock Android, but OxygenOS is powerful and effective and flexible. Everything works well so far on this phone though I have experienced a couple random issues where the phone wouldn't register touches. It seems to be a known but rare software thing and has happened only rarely. We'll see. But I'm very happy with the phone. It's as fast as you've heard, the screen is second to none, the 5g isn't very helpful yet but will be in a year or 2. And the camera is surprisingly good.
