Good quality and value
This is a well-made and capable unit. It has sophisticated temperature control and operates silently and reliably. It is internally identical to the Rheem and Ecosmart 18 kW units. If I could suggest one modification, it would be to add an additional or upsized power supply knockout to accommodate the two parallel electrical supplies required to operate the unit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
