Great for Casual Use
This camera is great for casual use. It is practical with its waterproof and shockproof features without additional case. It falls short though when it comes to picture quality. Pictures are blurry around the seams and there is much noise when indoor or in low lighting situations. I use it mostly for pictures and haven't tried it yet for video. If you're looking for an easy to use casual camera, this is great. If you need high quality and sharp pictures then you might be disappointed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Could be a lot better
The next version of this will probably a lot better, and you might be advised to wait for it. The camera needs to be operated from a smart phone app. There are 2 similar apps available: SnapBridge, which doesn't work with this camera, and SnapBridge 360 170, which does. Once you get the correct app installed and running, linking the camera to the mobile device is a difficult process which sometimes just doesn't work for reasons that are never clear. And when you do manage to link them, control is clunky and difficult. Bluetooth range is limited to a few feet, and control over camera settings requires a lot of trial and error. The manual is, as usual, almost completely useless. Having said all of that, however, the image quality is surprisingly good, and as long as your subjects are several feet away, there isn't much of a line where the images are fused. This is a very interesting format with a ton of possibilities. Hosting images or video for distribution is another of those topics that isn't discussed in the documentation, but YouTube 360 seems to be working well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Nikon keymission 360 expensive spare parts and lenses
