This was a life saver when I first bought it about a year ago.. I had really bad cramps and it was the first thing that had ever helped me. Now all of a sudden little by little leg cramps are coming back. I wonder why. Now is a good time to buy magnesium over the counter for about a 1/3 of the price. I was critically low in magnesium an I ordered cramp defense because I needed good quality magnesium that did not cause loose stools. cheap magnesium pill have 80% filler which cause side affects like itching an diarrhea. So far product is helping a lot with my leg cramps. I am a 67 year old man and play 18 holes of golf about 4 times a week. 2 pills a day works great so far. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because of the terrible toe/foot cramps I was getting one night. Until I get some health issues solved I have to take about 1400mg of Magnesium a day to keep my magnesium levels in my body at a certain level to keep the anxiety, cramping at bay and just generally feeling better. If one takes a lot of magnesium it can have a laxative effect. Not fun. Because I can differentiate the honesty between my doctors. I will never leave the one who led me in the right direction.
It did what it said it would do 100% and the best part it keeps getting better. My cramps in my legs were going away a little at a time which I thought was wonderful and then now 7 weeks it is hard to believe what a difference. My cardiologist didn't want to see me and after 9 years booted me over to his nurse practitioner and I was left alone with no one to help me.
