Works great! Started short washing collected range brass to eliminate the crud. Then I deprive and prep before foing a full wash with pins. Comes out super bright, just be sure to rinse really well and heat dry if possible. Get a gold panning screen that fits into a 5 gal pail with 1/32 stainless steel mesh screen to catch the pins when emptying hthe barrel. Also recommend the Franklin or a harbor freight magnet with release to pick up/out the pins. YouTube has plenty of wash formulas, I like the 1 tbs limonsihine, 1 tbs dawn and really hot water. Not super quiet but not as loud as vibratory tumbler and seems to work better, with the pins, than an ultrasonic and cleaner (like hornadys). Plus you can load a bunch of cases at one time but watch those 9mm/40/45 cases nesting into one another. Definitely sort before the final cleaning, after all the lead dust is gone. Funny how some cases, even rifle, fit so well between calibers.Read full review

Tightening the lids enough to make them water tight required considerable effort, they need to supply a wrench of some sort or change the design. Effort required nearly makes system more trouble than it is worth. Found it necessary to place rubber bands on the drive wheels to create enough friction to turn tumbler. Other than that, tumbler works as claimed but I am very disappointed with these two flaws.

Great product. Saw it was on sale, about 40% off the normal going rate. I've been tumbling brass with walnut media for years, but got tired of all the hazardous dust when tumbling. Wet tumbling is better in every way, you just wash the water and all the hazardous debris down the drain. This tumbler works SO MUCH quicker than dry tumbling. I've had good results with just water/soap of your choice/lemishine combo, with or without stainless pins. Pins will make the brass look BRAND NEW but you need to separate pins from the brass afterward. For less hassle, I tend to not use the pins. Brass still comes out looking good and clean enough... however not as clean on the inside as with the pins. I love the adjustable timer and auto-shut off. I run either 1 hour with pins, or 2 with no pins. Highly recommend, especially at this price....and after having used it, I'd pay full price knowing the benefits. Read full review

Just started tumbling my own brass and couldn't pass up the price! I de-primed 1000 rounds of a mix of 5.56 and 223 dirty old tarnished brass. I loaded the brass into the tumbler, added a few drops of Dawn soap, added the little bitty stainless steel pins that came with the tumbler, a teaspoon on Lemishine, (I have hard water,) then topped it off with tap water. Yes, I know, distilled water is recommended, but I didn't have any. Anyways, after 3 hours, my dirty old brass looked like factory brass after rinsing and removing the pins!!! The primer pockets were clean and I'm very happy with my first tumbler! It's a pain getting all of those little pins out of the brass, so right now I'm tumbling another thousand rounds of de-primed 223 and 5.56 with out the pins and I'll see how things look. Buy it!!!Read full review

Been reloading for nearly fifty years. Never had a system that cleaned brass so thoroughly. Some have stated their dis-satisfaction with the small pins, but they do an excellent job inside of the cases as well as the primer pockets and flash holes. I use a five gallon bucket to shake the pins into as well as rinse them for storage. The water is easily poured off leaving the pins behind in the bucket. This is a great product. I have already recommended it to my brother who is also an avid reloader. Five stars across the board for this one.
