Purchased along with a 2x16GB RAM kit for an overkill ChromeOS machine. RAM was listed as "HyperX Impact 32GB (2 x 16GB) 260-Pin DDR4 SO-DIMM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Laptop Memory Model HX424S14IBK2/32" According to reviews it may be capable of running up to 64GB (2x32GB), but I haven't verified this myself; 8GB of RAM is likely plenty for most use cases, so I know I'm more than covered. The 32GB drive can also be upgraded, but I haven't opted to do that at the moment. Online guides suggest that the i7 model can support 40/80mm drives using SATA or NVMe. Device is setup as a Hangout/Meet device, it's in the product listing in very small print. After a brief panic, I found instructions to workaround this short term (Ctrl + Alt + S) and the long term (search for "vpd oem_device_requisition none" for info).
