The Verizon (carrier of my choice) tech was having some problems getting the phone to recognize the SIM card she was installing, which she said was not uncommon with unlocked phones. The phones sometimes have to be restarted several times to get them to recognize the SIM card, however in my case the error message indictated it was looking for an Xfinity card. The phone did ultimately accept the Verizon SIM card and appears to be functioning normally. Only thing I notice is that at start-up and on the display it still says "Xfinity"...not Verizon. At the end of the day though, a great phone at a good price.
