I have the Air Pod pro and also the first generation air pods. People have raved about the pro but I'm not convinced that it warrants the accolades. Although it has been some time, the Wall Street Journal evaluated them said they were great because they fit the ear so nicely. Matter of fact, the reviewer said that it took her a fair amount of time on a mechanical bull before they fell out and only after she had been thrown from the machine did they in fact fall out. I, on the other hand, have found they fall out of my ears easily. They come with three sizes of rubber fittings. I've tried all three and they still easily fall out of my ears. I find my first generation Air Pods stay in much better. The old ones do not have a transparency setting where you can let some noise in (so you can hear outside noises when jogging or walking.) It's a nice feature but not something I found overwhelming. Then again, I use them mostly for walking around the house or too and from car. Read full review

I love my wired Apple earbuds. They fit my ears well, have reasonably good audio for my purposes. Based on that I was excited about the option to have the same type experience but with a wireless product. These Apple AirPods pair easily, hold a good charge, fit well, have acceptable audio for my uses. There is one critical flaw ... for some reason they make a very loud double beep anytime they are not actively streaming audio. If I pause music to talk to someone, if I end a call and don't connect to another audio source, they make this beep beep and continue to repeat it until I play audio or put them back in case. The beep is loud enough that I miss what the other person is saying during the beep if I don't remove them from my ears. I have researched this online and tried all recommended fixes but it persists. Will not be using these.Read full review

I got these refurbished airpods at a GREAT deal. I had the original airpods brand new but one night when they were charging the power went out and it messed up the airpods where they won’t charge and won’t even show the pop up. It even deleted off of my iCloud. But I got these and they’re pretty great. I haven’t charged them in a day and it’s at 48% right now. They connect to my phone instantly so I don’t need to wait for the ping. So far the only problem I have is..they won’t fit in my ears. My entire family has airpods and my sister and I (before our original airpods broke) never had problems with them fitting in our ear. I went out and got a case at the store and it came with a bunch of stuff. A case, clip, a “leash” to attach to your airpods so if one falls out it hangs on to the other, and two ear grip things (they wrap around your ear). Other than that I would like to use the airpods by themselves but without the ear grip on there the audio seems distorted and one would be louder than the other. Thank you!Read full review

I gave it a 4 stars because I expected them to come in a box and they didn’t come in a box. I know the wireless charging case works so that’s good but I don’t know how good the quality is of the sound because I haven’t used them because they’re Christmas presents for my daughter. Other than that they look brand new which is good because they’re not in a box. UPDATE: my girls used their AirPods and they worked like they were brand new! The sound was great I could hear their music when the AirPods were in their ears as well as the battery life was amazing!! They didn’t have to charge their case for TWO whole days even after using their AirPods all day. I see some people saying these aren’t generation 2. These are definitely GENERATION 2 the light is inside because the case is not a WIRELESS charging case. Generation 2 has two kinds of AirPods a charging case that has to charged with the power cord ( the light is inside the case) and the charging case that can be charged with a wireless charger (the light is outside the case). I mistakenly thought it was a wireless case as well but it’s not that type of AirPods. So if you’re looking for that type these are not it however these ARE generation 2 with a charging case. And they work like they’re new they just don’t come inside a box. As well as one of my charging cords didn’t come brand new. Other than that they were great especially for $99!!! That’s a deal!Read full review

The best things about this air pods are the wireless features and hands-free Siri. The sound quality is terrific and the set up is pretty much very simple. The earphone stays in your ear pretty well even doing a simple exercise. I love wearing it everywhere. I’m just afraid I might forget about it if I had left it in my jacket and ends up in the washing machine. Overall it was a good buy!

They worked fine at first, but now after about a week the airpods are having trouble staying connected to my devices- they keep randomly disconnecting and reconnecting on their own, making use very annoying. Also, the charge doesn't seem to hold on the right airpod, and my devices can't seem to figure out how much battery is actually remaining. I guess it's ok and usable for a used pair at such a low price, but I was hoping for full functionality, since the description said nothing about issues.

This was a great gift purchase! It came in new condition, as described and ahead of time too! It pairs well with iphones and has been a life changer for the gift recipient. It's useful to have when you want to make calls with someone and do something active-- for example, doing yoga together during your call without having to worry about headphone cords tangling you in a deadly knot. The sound quality is great. When buying this for someone else, be sure to check if they even have a wireless charger before buying the wireless version. I made the mistake of not doing this, and just ended up paying for an extra feature. The wireless airpods do have the ability to charge with a regular cord as well, so it's not the worst mistake but will cost you some money. Otherwise, it was a great buy!

Ordered these Airpods and they arrived in a timely manor which was fantastic. Upon opening the box everything looked brand new even though they are refurbished. Connected Airpods to phone and only the left ear was producing sound. Searched YouTube on how to reset them and reconnect did this over 10 times and the right side still do not work. I also followed directions on how to clean out the speaker and the charging port...the right side still did not work. It is now concluded that this product was sold before being tested to ensure that the product worked properly. Very disappointed in this product and will not use this buyer again.

The headphones charge and keep charge perfectly, they sync perfectly, the package arrived with the plastic wrap still on--but there is an issue with skipping songs or podcasts. With little movement in the ears the headphones will seemingly randomly skip past a track you're listening to. After much troubleshooting, including factory resetting the headphones, turning off the touch features and the in-ear detection feature and even factory resetting my phone, the issue persists. The headphones would work great if I just used them around the house (for the most part) but because I regularly run in them, they're basically unusable since the skipping feature cannot be disabled even if you set it up on the phone level. I checked with multiple websites to troubleshoot and even called apple, and they said that I would likely have to get them repaired or pay for new ones.Read full review

I bought Apple AirPods a year or so ago about the time the 2nd Generation came out which, at the time I didn't know about and thought I had the 1st Generation and the and found that they were the 2nd Generation and they work great. Surprisingly the things fit in my ears and don't fall out. Sometimes I think they are getting loose so I go to press them in a little more and they seem to be in all the way anyway (so it seems like they will fit in most anyones ears). I am not an audiophile so I'm not up on listening to symphonies and cannot discern the different sounds of the variety of instruments but the sound is a lot better than some powered computer speakers that I have used in the past. You can definitely hear all the words distinctly as I use them a lot when I listen to audio books. I read a lot and listen to audio books a lot and I don't know why more people don't want to listen to audio books with their iPhones. Anyway it's true that battery life isn't all that great. So I came up with a brilliant idea and bought a second pair of AirPods and carry a spare set so if the batteries in the AirPods die just before I get to the climax of the story I can dig out the 2nd set and continue and find out how the story ends. I have the 2nd Generation of AirPods and like the way you can tap on an AirPod to summon Siri to increase or decrease the volume and perhaps do other things but I'm satisfied just to increase and decrease the volume as I encounter the different levels of sound in the surrounding environments that I encounter. I love the hands free and the cordless features AirPods. I am satisfied with the features of the 2nd Generation and see no need to go to the newer Generations with their features for the price when the 2nd Generation works quite well. If you want to be economical and decide to go with the 2nd Generation AirPods (like I did from eBay) it is difficult to distinguish the 1st Generation AirPods from the 2nd Generation AirPods.Read full review
