I'm adding a condensing water heater, and have very limited space. I knew that running 2 vents thru the wall for intake/exhaust was not going to be a good idea. When I found this vent, I knew that it would suit my needs and then some. I did have a bit of work to do, to plumb the vent to the two outlets on my water heater. PVC elbows, 45 and 90 degree, street and regular, a couple of couplers, and short sections of 3" pvc. Whew. I was able to get it all done in the cavity between floor joists (13.5" inside dimensions), and drill the 4.5" hole in the skirt board of my home, everything fits, my water heater is within 6" of the ceiling (where it needed to be), and I"m all good to go. The Vent made this all possible. Highly recommended. Take your time running the pvc pipe to the two inlets. Dry-fit everything first! You'll be very glad that you purchased this item.Read full review

Exactly what I wanted, but not using it as I had to match the vent for the Furnace (installed by contractor). It was also a DiversiTech, but even lower profile - the HVent.
