Been using it for close to 2 years now. After about 5-6 months of using it as directed I got my blood work done again and my testosterone levels did go up. Works well if you have the right expectations
Im not sure what effects the day time product has aside from supplementing some key vitamins that men are notoriously deficient in, but the sleep and grow slowly brought back my ability to sleep. Working swing shifts as I do wreaks havoc on your endocrine system, using this product has allowed me to get the rest I need to recover from my workouts. Some of the minerals and vitamins in the supplement can build up in your system over time, and cause uncomfortable side effects, I found that taking the recommended dose for a few weeks, and the cutting it to half was more comfortable, and still effective. Overall works well, and very affordable, Its not steroids, so dont expect to turn into arnold over night. This is a very subtle aid to recover testosterone along side a clean diet, and rigorous fitness program.
