Everything works ok but the chuck on the drill keeps dropping the bits. will not stay tight! Can I have it replaced???

20 volt max power tools
I have found these to be rugged, moderately priced tool. My first 20volt max drill is 10-1/2 years old and the original battery still works fine. I purchase kits like these for my employees and they have all had good luck as well. The biggest surprise to me has been that none of the 20 volt max power tools that I have has ever been damaged by being dropped. Scratches? Sure. Loss of function or usefulness in any way? Perfect beginner kit
It was a birthday gift to a inlaw who has no power tools at all. So this kit was a perfect match for the beginner. His wife has already used the drill and saw. B & D 4 piece set.
The set is good for small jobs not major projects. So far they have performed well the tools are compact and light weight. The light is a little small for a 20v. The drill should be 1/2 inch instead of 3/8. Most 20v are 1/2”. But it gets the job done. The receporcating saw is nice. The circular saw is also nice.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
