TRX suspension trainer, versatile for strength and balance
I've been using a TRX at the gym and at the Y and wanted one for home, to hang on a rafter in my garage. I also bought TRX Go for my grown sons, who need to stand up from the computer for a break sometimes. The unit is well thought out and well constructed, and easy to adjust. I appreciate the versatility, both where you can hang it, and the exercises you can do. In my opinion suspension is better than elastic bands for functional fitness and balance. In addition to the guide that came with the package, there are many other resources online to follow along. For myself I bought from ebay a TRX tactical package. That model is directed to military/responders, which is not me as a 70 year old, but I'm still interested in maintaining fitness and to develop strength as a swimmer. The TRX GO may be a bit lighter construction, but either model would be fine for use by an individual at home.Read full review

Awesome Product for a home or hotel workout!
Really great suspension trainer - I’d used a copy version and the difference in quality with the actual TRX unit is night and day. The straps, the mounts, the clasps - everything is super easy to use and comfortable!

Great way to workout
TRX is a great way to get a good workout in no matter your fitness level. And the portability of it is great. Just throw it in your travel bag and you've got no excuse to skip your workout when away from home. Definitely better than trying to get a workout in at the skimpy gym most hotels provide.

I carry my TRX GO straps wherever I go.
I carry this in my bag wherever I go, be it for work for for travel or just in and around the neighborhood. It's nice to have TRX straps with me in case I get antsy or see myself in a park or in a room and can knock off some exercises or stretches.

Good TRX but missing workout access
The TRX system is nice and legit. The issue is the packaging should include a card with a code that grants access to workouts and other support. This product did not contain the card. That access would be good for me. If you are not concerned, this could be a good value.
