Great unit!
Very powerful unit. It has a lot of features and can be upgraded to side scan just by buying a new transducer which will cost you almost the same amount as the unit but it’s always an option. One thing that I didn’t see before I bought it was that it comes with an upgraded map chip for u.s. waters. The chip has a good amount of detail on the lakes I fish and even helped me find a few new spots. The only downside I see to this unit is the touchscreen because if it gets wet it makes it hard to do things on it. I still think it’s great and glad I went with this over a helix
