Sweet Dreams
NOW essential oils have been used by me for a variety of things. They are cold-pressed and/or steam distillation. Cold pressing is highly regarded as the extraction method of choice. Steam distillation is the most popular method used to extract and isolate essential oils from plants for use in natural products. The bottles last quite a long time, as the oils are concentrated, and often have to be diluted before use. The Peaceful Sleep blend is mixed with water in a spray bottle and lightly sprayed on my pillows and sheets before retiring. Good nights sleep
I use it every night in my diffuser. I have a 500ml diffuser and use about 8-10 drops and run it for 6-8 hours. I continue to smell hints of it in the morning, obviously not as strong as when I first turn it on but still some remains. Just to note, this oil does stain the inside of diffusers, at least mine. It is white and is now orange/yellow. I dont care in the slightest as its inside and I dont see it but just wanted to make note.
