For a baby Glock these are essential, somewhere to put your pinky
If small profile is your goal for your CCW gun, you may not want or need these since they do make the piece slightly larger. But for actual target shooting these are heaven-sent. If you have one I don't have to tell you that on a G26/27 with a factory magazine, your pinky is just hanging loose. Adding these on gives an instantly more comfortable grip. Be advised these extensions do not add any magazine capacity, if you are in a Free State and you are allowed to add one or two more rounds to your mag capacity with an aftermarket floor plate, these probably aren't what you want, you want the Pearce XL instead, which will add two rounds to a G26 and one round to all the others.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Pearce grip extension for Glock 26
This product is designed to provide pinky finger support as well as add the capability of 2 extra rounds when used with a factory Glock 26 magazine. The finger support works as advertised, however, I was only able to get one extra round of 9mm into each of 3 separate magazines I used this product on. Overall it is a good product, you just need to not expect to get the advertised 2 additional rounds when using it. 11 rounds are better than 10. 12 would have been even better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great product, only 1 problem.
This is the second one of these that I've ordered for my Gen 3 model 27, and they are NOT +1. I even "wussed out" and tried using the factory mag loading tool to try and cram that 10th round in there, still didn't work. That being said, I really don't care about the extra round compared to the comfort this extension adds to the gun. It feels great, matches perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Perfect upgrade for Sub-Compact Glock Owners.
This is a wonderful product that I highly recommend. I use this for my Glock 33 357Sig. Pearce Grip Extensions Rule
I have Pearce extensions on all my Glock compact frame mags as well as my Ruger LC9 and S&W Shields. I love 'em. They make a marginal grip very manageable especially on the short barreled, compact Glock 26 and 27. Significantly reduced "barrel flip" by adding more grip surface with the extensions. It gives the extra control you're looking for.
I have always favored this model of Pearce grip because it is just enough to use your smallest finger to support the gun. It gives that extra control you're looking for without creating a hang up on clothing. You only realize it is there when you hold on target and wrap ALL your fingers on the grip. The newer grip extenders that match the gen 4 are not as comfortable. There is a slight more angle to them and they hook up on clothes(and print your gun) more than I would like. Easy to install, but are really only +1 extensions.
The Pearce Grip works great as a mag extension, providing a comfortable place to grip with your pinky. It doesn't add much length to cause any issues with concealed carry. Huge improvement
You want this if you have a 26 or 27. Now you have a place for your pinky. Greatly improved shoot ability They don’t seem to print any more than the standard flat base mags. I never really enjoyed shooting my 26 or 27 with the stock flat base mags. Now those guns feel like my 19 or 23. For my Sig P224 I just got 12 rd mags (40 cal). Good quality, "pinky-grip" extension, difficult to add round on G26
This extension is advertised to increase magazine capacity by 1-2. I have installed 3 of these on G26 10-round mags, and, unless you really cram the 10th round down with a good deal of force, an additional round cannot be added. Then, if you pre-load the 12th round into the barrel and then insert the now-11-round mag, when you fire the pre-loaded round, the first (11th loaded) round at top of mag may jam the mechanism due to inordinate tightness in top of mag. Rem-oil may alleviate this problem. I purchased these primarily to improve grip stability at the "pinky", and they serve that purpose well. I would not advise cramming the extra round into the mag after installing these. By the way, the most difficult part of installation is removal of the bottom plate from the factory mag.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
