A happy baker.
I've never used a kitchen scale before and it has changed my baking for the better. It's great to weigh instead of guesstimate with different brands of measuring cups and spoons. This scale seems to be very accurate. I love that if I spill something it just wipes off with no harm done. The surface is smooth with no places for crumbs and flour to hide. The readout is a good size and very quick. The tare option is very helpful. My only wish is that it was a bit larger(deeper) so I could put a big bowl on it and still read it. Or that it would lock the last amount until I could remove the bowl and look. The off switch is a little finicky. When it says "hold for 3 seconds" they mean it. Two or four won't do. It doesn't take up much room even though I store it flat. A good value. I'm a happy baker.
