clever challenging puzzle
This puzzle consists of two rings around three inserts. (This gives nothing away, as the disassembled puzzle is illustrated on the package.) The object is to disassemble and reassemble it. No instructions are given. The rings turn independently in either direction. It took me a couple of weeks of trial and error, working maybe an hour a day, to disassemble it. Then the secret of its construction was revealed, allowing understanding of its manipulation. I have been unsuccessful, so far, in reassembling it. It seems I can almost grasp the solution but it slips away in practice. It's not easy. The puzzle is well made and should last forever. Excellent little brain teaser
I like that it has multiple moves right off the bat but you have to puzzle out which one is correct. My only cons are that it's a little bug for a tight pants pocket and it can make moves on its own just by jiggling in your pocket but that's the case with many others so it's not really a problem.
