Great main character

Make a corner in your bookshelf for this winner!
Dean is back with the new Hawk series. Like his earlier work, it was 'cannot put it down' suspense, with great storytelling and prose. I lost interest in his work over the past 15 years, as it seemed to be a rehash of his great stuff from the 'Watchers' era (Strangers, Twilight Eyes, etc).
