Ok here is my opinion, the rails will work great but make sure that you check the temperature inside the incubator with a known accurate thermometer and some of the best ones are available at your local drugstore. I found that the new digital incubator that I bought is well over 10 degrees low on the reading and probably ruined my first clutch of quail eggs. Make sure to set up the incubator well in advance of putting any eggs in there, preferably at least a day or two. The digital controlled incubators do a good job of keeping the temperature constant once you determine just how far off it is, mine had to be set to 107.5 F to keep the inside temp at 99.5F so be sure to double check the temp with a good accurate thermometer and good luck to all you quail lovers!.

I must say these rail are made very well fit and form are excellent, if you have any jumbo quail eggs they may not fit properly but are still secure to set in the individual location. These rail offer 120 location but don’t use the 2 nearest the motor per the instructions and that leaves you with 118 egg spots. Like I said very well made, and great quality. Hope this helps
