Pleasantly Surprised!!!!!
I was skeptical at first because it is so thin but I am very glad I gave it a shot. It is not flimsy at all....nice heavy weight. The best feature is that it fits the entire oven rack perfectly. I've kept it in the oven when I put in a roasting pan and I think it actually improves my oven's performance. It is too soon to tell how well the surface will hold up.
