Got this for my 99 Trans Am which I actually put in shows and my Dash was pretty bad..This dash Cap just brung the car to the level I needed to win those shows..Simple clean,making sure your old dash has no sudden or harsh humps run your adhesive and presto..Changed the whole presentation of my WS6...Thank you guys for making an affordable awesome product that people like me can afford..

DashSkin Warps
It is a good value if it worked. I followed all the instructions packaged with the cover, including not removing the old dash top. Everything looked good for a month or so. However, this summer has been extremely hot along the gulf coast. The heat from direct sunlight warped the DashSkin; pulling loose the original dash where it was glued. You do not fix warped. I do not recall anything in the sales literature about the cover warping. $140 was a good value, but not now.

If you are looking for a cheap alternative to make your cracked Firebird or Camaro Dash work, this product is for you. Please understand that your overall finished look will depend on how good you prepare your old Dash underneath before you put it on. I fixed all the cracks on my original Dash with fiberglass mesh first, before I put this cap on. It looks almost as perfect as the factory original. Excellent value for the price

Fantastic product, install even better than I was expecting. I thought that would be a bump and it would be a little higher than the old Dash, however it fit perfectly, the only negative part about it is that the top air vent was not recommended to glue down and when the heater is on the plastic gets a little warped, but it goes back to normal once it's cooled. Highly recommended over the other option which is getting a $500 - piece

Good alternative for entire replacement.
The cap fit great. The only issue I have is the vent area. The material there is very thin and flimsy causing it to warp or bow depending on the temperature.

Great dash cover for a 4th Generation Firebird.
I've got a 98 Firebird with a horrible dash, very brittle and cracked up, took me about a hour to super glue it together, I cleaned it odd and used coarse grit sand paper and roughed up the dash and the cover, I had to trim it a bit to get a perfect fit. I applied the adhesive weighted it down and left it for 3 days to make sure it cured. Looks like new now, I'm a happy camper.

Worth the money and it fixed my dash. Color was right on. If your vent isn't broke up I recommend getting the one without the vent cover built in. Mine still looks good though. Install was simple
