Helps with swollen ankles!
I have used horse chestnut before then got off it and wish I hadn't. I take 2 a day and it really helps with my swollen ankles. As with any natural remedy you have to build it up in your system, but I could tell a difference at the end of a week. I still wear compression hosiery but now my ankles aren't trying to swell through my hosiery and shoes. I recommend trying it.
