Fixes 2015 mustang seat heating and cooling issue.
My seats wouldn’t heat or cool on my new to me 15 Ecoboom Mustang. Common problem where one of the pins melts the connector. This new plug has a pin next to the offending pin (original plug just has an empty hole) so that the load can be split. oddly the box it plugs into already has the extra pin so not sure why the plug didn’t as well (thanks Ford). Apparently the wire size is fine just the single pin within the plug can’t handle the juice. I didn’t use the solder connectors included but I did solder the wires together and used the nice shrink wrap included. This plug comes with a good length of wire so no risk of your shrink wrap closing up. 1hr of work and my seats heat and cool again! Getting the old melted plug out of the control box was the hardest part of the whole job.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Exactly what I needed
I did buy this and install. It is a great part as it is an one from motor craft. Shipped quickly, great price, and easy install. I would advise anyone doing this install to plug in when complete and then to remove the #8 fuse under the hood (expo only) for two minutes to remove power from module to allow for resetting. Once you’ve done that it should work fine unless the module was burned up like mine was.

Finally fixed
