I bought this to experiment with led adjustable chromakey camera work (think greenscreen). It was funny, when I first tried it, I held a colored led over it and didn't see the color. The trick is, it reflects color directly back, so when I put the led light source directly in front of my eyes, facing the fabric, BANG! Very bright reflection of the color I was using. Works great!

The reflective material works as I had hoped. The material itself is fairly fragile, so I hope to see the same fabric with a backing material fused to it in the future. But, I knew what I was getting and it arrived as expected and in good condition. Thank you!

As a cyclist, I like to use items that have reflective surfaces. Recently took a bike adventure using my folding bike. It has a carrying bag that folds down into a stuff sack, and straps onto the handlebars. That part is designed adequately. But the stuff sack is very small, so it's a struggle to get the bag in and the zipper closed. Plus, with my launch after dark I noticed there was a dearth of conspicuity on the stuff sack. This purchase did the trick. I cut a length that's about 5" wide, unsewed the bottom seam on the stuff sack, and sewed the new fabric in place. Increased the bag volume by about 30%, making it much more useful. And now oncoming drivers will see a bright white band of reflectiveness shining back at them.

Silver fabric that is highly reflective when headlights etc. hit it. Works great for projects that you want to have reflective and be safe and be seen. No stretch though, so keep in mind. I used it to embroider some patches for some of my clothing. Pics don't show how reflective it really is when headlights hit it.

This material looks like the reflective strips on one of my food delivery backpacks. Rather than sewing it, I fastened the fabric to a delivery bag using extra-strong, outdoor, self-adhesive Velcro strips. This has held up over some days or a week's use. The reflective fabric serves to cover up the delivery company logos printed on the backpack, to reflect headlights so I don't go SPLAT biking around NYC, and also holds the side pockets of my bag closed. I'm impressed that I can hold the side pockets closed when they're overly full, and that the fabric shows no signs of wear. I haven't washed it yet. I think this is great stuff.
