Surprised & Pleased
It fit just as I hoped it would. This is the only one I've found that actually lists the holster to fit a 1911 with laser. And I've tried 3 of the popular brands that only state "large Autos with laser". They were either too tight or wouldn't accept the weapon at all. In addition, this doesn't utilize the plastic squeeze connectors at the holster and magazine pouch. I assume other manufacturers think we'll need other holsters to utilize with an original rig But that isn't the case with me. I just wanted a holster that fit my pistol. Also, another feature that proved to be useful; a horizontal magazine pouch. Others I have are vertical and required the pouch to be a tight fit as not to allow the mag to drop from the pouch while unzipping the velcro. Not to mention they are a pain to get the used mag back in with one hand. Each pouch is large for a signal stack mags; making exit and entry easy. I do adjust the pouch up 10 degrees to accommodate its retrieval. That brings to mind, the whole thing is adjustable enough to suit almost any wearer.
