I liked the COSORI 8 Quart 8-in-1 Multi-Functional Programmable Pressure Cooker enough to buy two of them
I purchased one of these at first. We tried it and used a good recipe for pot roast (stew) which I had found on YouTube. It came out great. My daughter liked it very much so I gave it to her and bought another one for myself. I can't really attest to the durability of the unit but the cooker seems to be made well. The order and delivery were surprisingly fast. The only thing I would add to the system is a wire trivet and perhaps a automated pressure cooker cookbook. A vegetable shelf for steaming is already included. There are lots of good recipes on the Internet (YouTube) also. On the downside, which is negligible, is that an 8-quart capacity can be filled fairly quickly if you play fast and loose with a recipe. Plan ahead of you plan on using a very large amount of ingredients. However, you will probably have leftovers if you fill up the 8 quarts.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good So Far
This is the second pot we've gotten. The first one was defective (failed after four uses) and was replaced by the company without any hassle. Well, actually, they sent us the Mueller Spiralator by mistake (and told us to keep that) and then sent the replacement 10-in-1 cooker. I've made yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, brown rice, and chicken breasts. It's easy to use. One issue I have is that codes come up on the display when it's plugged in that aren't explained on the website or in the manual. Based on how responsive the company has been so far, they can probably explain this via a phone call. It would be nice if the manual were a bit more comprehensive. I'm really hoping this second, replacement, pot is a keeper. It's so nice to cook something quickly without heating up the kitchen during our Oklahoma summer weather.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This can do it all!
This is wonderful! I can cook the pasta, brown the meat and dump everything in to cook all in one pot. It's great that it comes with a glass lid when using a non pressure cooking feature. Guess the only drawback so far is getting used to raising the pressure cooker lid and not removing it when using slow cooker. Was great when I failed to start cooking early enough to use the slow cooker feature to completely cook my meal. No panic, just lower the lid and use the pressure cooker mode. Very short time and everything was done and ready to be served. Due to minimal clearance under my cabinets large size of the pot it has to be placed close to the edge of the counter with the pressure cooker lid raised. Not a problem for me but might be if you have small children that are able to reach up. If you have a smooth top stove you can use it there and set it back from the edge. I've always had a problem cleaning a crock vessel so have been using ones with non stick coating. The features of the pot appealed to me along with the great product reviews so I gave it a shot even though it's not non stick coated. This vessel cleans up as well as the coated ones. Not only am I pleased with the quality and diversity of the cooker, the clean up is a breeze.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Fantastic machine!
I have made several meals in this appliance and it has been wonderful to cook with! The electronic keypad makes everything easy. So far I've made brown rice, stir fry, pasta sauce, and chicken soup, all of which turned out great. The only failure I had was with the yogurt setting. Something went wrong and it didn't turn out, but I chalk that up to not being familiar with all the pot's settings.
