Broke on 1st fish (bluegill)
I have 4 different rods from this series and I love every single one of them. They are very sensitive so I can feel what is going on with my lure. They are all accurate as to the stated action and power, if it says medium/fast, it is a true medium fast and so forth. The reason I am giving the spinning rod a bad review is this: I originally loved the sensitivity of feeling my bait on bottom and feeling all of the details of the river bottom. However, my 1st fish happened to be a small bluegill and when i went to land it the rod broke about 2' from the tip. The rod was brand new and had just arrived that week and had been sitting in my house until that weekend. I know that it was probably a fluke and that a bad one can happen with any brand but this is my 1st fury series spinning rod so I have nothing to compare it to.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Light, sensitive and balanced. The rod seems more like a ML+ to me. The tip is light, and it has a fast action that turns into power quickly. Works great for drop shot.
