Good deal
I knew I had a bearing going bad. I checked out sears for the parts that was way to expensive. No wonder why they are going under. So I got everything I needed and new housing for a fraction of the cost. The ad was straight forward on what you would get. Just have to make sure your numbers match for the parts that need replaced. I replaced all 3 of my mandrels. The mow deck has never ran so smooth and quite. The parts seem of good quality and easy to install. Had all of mine in less than 1 hour. Thank you amcpartsstore on eBay!. These are what you need when the spindle bearings bite the dust. I ALMOST just purchased bearings or the spindle/bearing combo because the housings were still fine even though really old. Decided on this set because it was about the same price, local to me, and reduces the time necessary to swap out the bearings. I am SO glad I did. I busted two bolts off in the old housings getting them off the tractor mower deck. If I didn't have the new housings, I would have been drilling them out and rummaging around for some replacement bolts. Mower deck spindle with tapped mounting holes.
I'm using this mower in my fields. I've never installed a spindle with pre tapped mounting holes. This innovation made the process very easy. I've already wound some electric fence wire around it and the spindle has withstood the abuse which includes rocks and wood chunks of various sizes.
