Short-term emergency use only
Recommend to use ONLY as a short-term emergency survival blanket. The chemical smell can be overpowering. The advice of the seller is to air it out to eliminate the chemical smell. That wasn't happening. Washing it once results in a large amount of lint and the edges become unraveled. It would not survive a second wash cycle.

THe blanket was nice quality< But it had a weird smell, and couldnt use it . tried airing out for three days, tried washing it and drying it smell still there. finally just had to give it to a homeless shelter.
