Bad Product
New message to: tpn_distributors (762PURPLE_STAR Star) To whom it may concern. I purchased this product from you/or your company on September 4, 2022 and it was delivered September 9, 2022. The product was working without problems until today October 23, 2022. The unit won't turn on. The red light doesn't change to a green light. I have used the remote sent with the unit to turn off or turn on the unit. I doesn't stay on overnight. It is turned off each time I go to bed. I replaced the remote batteries and still no success. And I have physically pushed the red button on the converter box but again no success. I unplugged the power cord from the power outlet and waited five hours. Still no success. What do you suggest to resolve this problem? Was this unit refurbished? Yes or No please. I didn't find any reference to the unit being refurbished.
