Surprisingly Crisp
Bought these for the back seat of my pickup because they were rated up to 30kHz for bright sound. The existing 6x9 speakers in the rear doors needed higher frequencies, so these Audiopipe Tweeters were installed back there near them. I mounted them on the bottom seat pillar under the arm rest, facing up with a sticky velcro underneath to secure them.. They sound GREAT and compliment the existing rear 6x9 speakers off the head unit just fine. Use them with an amp, if you can: I am running two 8" subs off a small amp under the rear seat, which is what these tweeters are wired into. (High watts, so they are best used with an amplifier).
