Spirit plus wratchet
I use allen wrenches in tight spaces every day. the wratchet allen bit holder of the Swiss spirit works great for this. I removed all of the bits that came with the set and bought Whia bits. I pulled out the metric and standard sizes that I commonly use and filled the bit holder with them. it works great, the extension and hex handle end of the wratchet make it easy to get in super tight spaces. it saves me time running around for metric and standard allen sets. The holder is not big enough to hold every size, but it will hold the popular sizes. the multitool works great and is very sturdy for its size. I carry this in the leather holder everyday. My favorite multi tool.
I have a collection of multi tools, from several makers. This is the one I like to carry most the time. The only negative to this particular set, it the bulkiness of the case with all the tools in it. I usually just carry the Spirit tool, without all the other stuff. It is by far, the best made multi tool I have. Very smooth operation. The knife could be a better shape for all around use; but the steel is very high grade. What do you expect from the Swiss? Swiss precision
This is my first multi tool purchase since I got a schrade tough tool as a gift years ago. The schrade was handy and I used it quite a bit to fix this and that. The schrade tool performed well for what it was but the quality was lacking. The pliars worked good but the other tools were what I would call substandard, broken screwdrivers, blades and can openers and such. The Swiss tool is like night and day in the quality department. The construction and fit and finish are second to none. This tool almost looks even too good to use for fear of ruining a work of art. The shine and polish are unreal for a multi tool. Every tool including the pliars are perfectly finished and precisely machined to very tight tolerances producing pliars and tools that open and close perfectly with no loose movements. I bought them to use and I will and judging from the first impression they should work great and last a long time. Just hard to think of putting the first scratch on them but that's what they are for and I'm positive they will take on any task and come back looking for more.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
