Shrade makes the most cost effective quality blades I've ever found. One was rated knife of the year at a knife show and it cost around $50. Can't go wrong with Shrade. Great knife, so so sheath.
The knife is so sharp it is scary, the fire starter gives you a good stream of sparks especially when using the back of a knife blade. Cons, the sheath needs work, it is very difficult to get the knife out, the first time I had to use a screwdriver to pry it out. Great knife for the money.
Great brush craft knife. The steel is 65Mn so it spring steel. Not the kind of steel that you can ignore. You need to keep it oiled or it will rust but tough as the come. Take a leather strop to it and you can make it mighty sharp. Nice G10 handles, sheath and ferro rod too.
