Love These - With A Couple Caveats
This li'l sprayer (and its big brother) are the epitome of simple, easy to use tools. Their lack of controls and nozzle options might be off-putting to pro painters. But they're great for quick jobs. I've experienced a couple issues though: 1) be very careful if you're painting on a hot day, as no matter what the paint consistency, this sprayer can just seize up with paint solids in mid-spray. I believe it's related to the turbine's own air temperature being fed into the gun, which adds several degrees. I completely botched a car job last weekend in 90 degree heat; I'll never use this sprayer again if it's above 80. 2) You gotta clean these things immediately after use (just like a pro gun). I have two Detail Sprayers, one of which developed a leak at the trigger pivot. I'm certain it's because paint got stuck somewhere in the unit, but I've fully disassembled it and can't find the issue.
