Lightweight and reasonably priced, but excellent quality
I have several tape type dog leashes that we left in our condo out of state. I was looking for a couple more for a reasonable price so we would have them at home. Not only were these very reasonable, they are actually better than the ones we had. I like how they're light weight and easy on my hands. I have two dogs who can really pull on the leashes, because they aren't very well trained. Some years ago, I was coming from the dog beach when a bicyclist came between my canine friend and I, snagging the nearly invisible retractable string-type leash in the gears, thus breaking the leash and dragging my friend several feet. She survived unharmed, but ever since then I've used the tape kind, hoping that would make it more visible. Great quality; a bit heavy in general when compared to older models of Flexi leashes
This is a great product, and the neon reflective color is a must for a night walk in my opinion. I have been using Flexi leashes for many years, they are durable and dependable. The only thing I am not a big fan in the newest line of Flexi leashes is the weight of the snap hook. Tried MANY brands and THIS IS the ONE
This product has by and large been the best retractable leash I have used and I have tried MANY. The quality of the case is above par in comparison to the rest of the market, the tape style is the best as it is way less likely to cause abrasions to you or your pet. I have a scar on my ankle that was from a cord style and it has been there for 16 years. The burn from it was very painful but the tape style has never done this. Save yourself a headache and a replacement cost from trying the lesser quality products and just stick with this one. I have tried it and the frustration is not worth it. Flexi is the finest.

Well made Flexi Tape Leash
This is my first Flexi leash, and it's the TAPE not the CORD one, which was supposed to be better. I am very happy with it. The spring action is good, and the tape is very smooth when it retracts.
