Received ordered item exactly as shown (in box unopened). I installed this derailleur as a replacement on my Giant Sedona mountain bike ( '94 with approx. 50K miles). The installation, though attached to the frame differently from the original, took me about 1.5 hrs. to mount and set up (I'm tech challenged).
