If you need somewhere to store your negs in a proper binder, this is an option. The sheets are very thin but protect the negs adequately. The only problem I have encountered is when you want to retrieve your negs for scanning, printing etc.; once you have slid them into the sleeve you need some implement to get them out again without tearing the opening to the sleeve. A pair of tweezers carefully handled will do the trick. Better still, don't use it to store fewer than 6 35mm strips because anything shorter is going to get stuck if you push it in too far. The semi-transparent material means you can, at a pinch, use a light box to view negs without taking them from the sleeve.

This is what I needed to nicely store my negatives. Quality seems good, but there is one drawback... when stored in standard register, it will extend a bit out and register will not be able to be pushed into its box completely. This might be an issue to some. Also, you must be careful to always cut at 6 frames per stripe for 36 exp film. Otherwise you will not have enough room on sheet.

Perfect for storing your negatives safely in archival, acid-free pages. Each page has more than enough room for a roll of 36 35mm film. I've finally got around to filing all those colour negatives from my film days and this product is perfect. At the same time I'm scanning the negative strips on a flat-bed scanner with a film adapter to create the equivalent of contact prints so that I can easily view and reference what's on each film.

Would be better if they would fit into an A4 ring binder. Currently too wide. All my negs have been cut to 4 negs in length. This product takes 6 negs in each slot

This product is quite simply a way of storing precious 35mm negatives in a safe and convenient way. Negative will stay perfect in the envelope slots which hold a length of six negatives per slot. There are 7 slots in each storage page which means that if there are more than 36 35mm negatives in a film these may be kept within the same page. The one obvious and important factor is that where these are to be stored for a long time the storage location must be dry and not humid since otherwise the negatives may stick to the paper page and the emulsion ruined.

simple and easy to use

They fit negatives nice and snugly protecting them well. Negatives slide in from either side and each panel can hold a maximum of 6 exposures. One issue which is small and easily fixed is that they are a little larger than A4 so extend a little over (by about one exposure) if placed into a standard A4 binder. This is easily rectified however by simply trimming the sheets if it bothered you that much. Overall well made and do their job well.

we use them for reasons other than negative storage so a bit of a shame they are not 100% transparent
